Real estate discovery
Search, compare and commit to real estate — homes, offices and venues — without twelve open tabs.
Ask us about it →Thinkedia is a group of digital product companies. Real estate discovery, travel booking, and the design studio that builds them — all owned and run in-house.
The portfolio
Real estate you occupy. Travel you spend time on. And the practice that taught us the answer is never really about the listing.
Search, compare and commit to real estate — homes, offices and venues — without twelve open tabs.
Ask us about it →Book stays and experiences direct from the people who run them, anywhere in the world.
Ask us about it →The original business, still running. Research and design for hospitality, travel and enterprise teams — and the engine the rest of the group is built on.
Open the studio →We'd rather show the fourth one working than describe it early. If you build in real estate, travel or hospitality software, we're worth a conversation.
Operating model
Three companies, one operating standard. The group sets the platform and the bar; each company sets its own roadmap.
Research method, design system and engineering foundations are common across the portfolio. A pattern proven in one company is inherited by the next rather than rebuilt, so every company starts from a standard instead of a blank page.
Each company has one operator accountable for its performance. Decisions sit with the people closest to the customer; the group holds the standard, not the roadmap.
The group builds in a small number of adjacent markets and holds what it builds. Attention is concentrated by design — a portfolio is judged on the depth of a few companies, not the length of a list.
The thread
Side by side they read as unrelated — a listings product, a travel marketplace, a design practice. They aren't. All three answer the same question from different angles: how does someone decide where to go?
One answers it for the real estate you occupy. The other answers it for the time you spend travelling. The studio is where we learned that the decision is almost never about the listing — it's about trust, and trust is a design problem before it is a supply problem.
That shared thesis is why a lesson from one product is worth something to the next, and why we'd rather run three companies than take on thirty clients.
We're open to partners, operators and the odd well-argued cold email. The studio also takes on a small number of client engagements each year.
